Therapy Day 10… Jan 10

A day of rest

Sunday is my day off from therapy most weeks. A day to rest and recoup. A few highlights from today:

• Watched church online
• Got to take another shower! (It’s a complicated process with as many injuries as I have so we usually do bed baths instead.)
• Worked on some word puzzles
• Played desktop teatherball
• Did some PT exercises
• Did some reading
• Napped

Overall a busy but restful day.
